Silence requires very little space to become a dreamlike timelessness, where the pinkish fluid of weightless contemplations creates an autonomous world, independent of the noise outside.
The silence of a surreal forest, where absolutely nothing is happening, can sometimes be the best thing that could have come our way all day. It is not emptiness, but a welcome respite for a mind that has temporarily resigned from the need to analyse anything.
