Not so long ago, it was little more than a shabby, empty shell – a crumbling reminder of times that will not return.
Then its heirs looked at the ruins and saw something else. Before long, the bare skeleton and shattered windows gave way to a place of timeless elegance – Château Belá.
What stayed with me was the red vis-à-vis armchair: a seat built for two people to face each other. It speaks of the forgotten art of conversation, of slowing down in one another’s presence, and of the simple luxury of truly paying attention. Let’s meet there – in a dream, tomorrow.
At the beginning of every fairy tale, there is someone who can see past the ruins and imagine what they might become.
